How to Set Up Your Daily Briefing with Carly

Imagine getting an email every evening that tells you exactly what tomorrow looks like — who you’re meeting with, when you’re free, and what’s coming up. No checking your calendar app, no scrolling through events.

That’s Carly’s Daily Briefing. Here’s how to set it up.

What the Daily Briefing Looks Like

Every evening at 8 PM ET, Carly sends you an email previewing your next day:

From: carly@usecarly.com To: you@yourcompany.com Subject: Your Thursday Briefing — February 27

Here’s what’s on your calendar tomorrow:

9:00 AM — Team standup (Google Meet)

10:30 AM — Design review with Jamie (Zoom)

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Lunch (blocked)

2:00 PM — 1:1 with your manager (Google Meet)

3:30 PM — Free until end of day

You have 2 hours of free time tomorrow between meetings.

It lands in your inbox the night before so you can plan ahead and start the next day ready to go.

  1. Log in to your Carly dashboard
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Find Daily Briefing
  4. Toggle it ON

That’s it — you’ll start receiving your briefing at 8 PM ET every evening.
