Free, with all standard features including form templates, payment integrations and widgets. Five forms, 100 monthly submissions, 500 total stored submissions, 100 MB of space, and Jotform branding on forms and signed documents.
The 500 total submission storage cap is the one to watch. It is a lifetime figure, not a monthly one, so a free account fills up permanently rather than resetting.
Bronze
$34 a month billed annually, $39 monthly. Twenty-five forms, 1,000 monthly submissions, 10,000 stored, 1 GB of space, branding removed.
Removing Jotform branding is the practical reason most people leave the free plan, and Bronze is the cheapest way to do it.
Silver
$39 a month billed annually, $49 monthly. Fifty forms, 2,500 monthly submissions, 25,000 stored, 10 GB, 500 fields per form.
Silver is marked best value and it is the strongest deal on the page. Five dollars a month more than Bronze on annual billing buys 2.5 times the submissions, 2.5 times the storage and ten times the space.
Gold
$99 a month billed annually, $129 monthly. One hundred forms, 10,000 monthly submissions, 100,000 stored, 100 GB, 1,000 fields per form, and the only self-serve plan with HIPAA-enabled features.
If you handle health data, Gold is not an upgrade, it is the entry price.
What the pricing page glosses over
Bronze, Silver and Gold are all single-user plans. All three cards read “1 User Individual Plan.” A second person with their own login means Enterprise, which is quoted rather than published. This is the single biggest thing the pricing table hides in plain sight, and it is the same shape as vendors whose entry tier is solo-only.
Total submission storage is a lifetime cap, not a monthly one. The monthly submission limit resets. The 500, 10,000, 25,000 and 100,000 stored-submission figures do not, so a busy Bronze account eventually has to delete old data or upgrade.
Silver is $5 more than Bronze and roughly 2.5 times the plan. On annual billing the gap between the two cheapest paid tiers is trivial and the capacity difference is not. Bronze rarely makes sense.
HIPAA sits at Gold and above. Starter, Bronze and Silver all read “HIPAA-Enabled Features Unavailable.” Anyone collecting patient information starts at $99 a month.
Payment and signature submissions have their own caps. Ten a month on Starter, then 100, 250 and 1,000. A form that takes payments hits those limits long before the general submission limit.
Nonprofit and education discounts are 50%. Both apply to Bronze, Silver and Gold, and 30% to Enterprise. That makes Gold $49.50 a month for a school or charity, which changes the calculus entirely.

When Jotform isn’t the whole answer
Jotform is a good form builder with an unusually honest structure: every feature on every plan, limits doing the work. If you need one person building forms, it is well priced.
The gap shows up after the form is submitted. A booking request arrives and somebody has to check the calendar and reply. A quote request needs a real answer, not an autoresponder. Fifteen submissions come in over a weekend and on Monday they are a list nobody has read. The form captures the data. The reply is still a person’s job.
