How it works
The Google, Outlook, and Apple calendar buttons create a separate subscription. You'll see two short events each day — one at sunrise and one at sunset — and your calendar app keeps them updated automatically.
Choose the calendar for your city
Each subscription contains times and timezone information for the city named on the calendar. Changing the timezone on an individual event won't change the subscribed feed, and your calendar app may restore the original values when it refreshes. If you picked the wrong city, unsubscribe from that entire sunrise/sunset calendar and subscribe to the correct city above.
Use the copied URL as a subscription
Google Calendar — Other calendars → + → From URL.
Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Apple Calendar on iPhone or iPad — Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar.
Apple Calendar on Mac — File → New Calendar Subscription.
How to remove the calendar
Since the subscription creates its own calendar, removing it is simple and won't affect
your other events.
Google Calendar — In the left sidebar, hover over the sunrise/sunset calendar
under "Other calendars," click the three dots (⋮), and select "Unsubscribe."
Apple Calendar on iPhone or iPad — Tap Calendars, tap the information button
next to the sunrise/sunset calendar, then tap "Unsubscribe." On Mac, right-click the subscribed
calendar and choose "Unsubscribe."
Outlook — Right-click the calendar in your sidebar and select "Remove."
Supported calendar apps
Google Calendar — Click "Add to Google Calendar." The subscription appears
under "Other calendars."
Apple Calendar — Click "Subscribe in Apple Calendar" to open the webcal subscription
in Calendar on Mac, iPhone, or iPad.
Outlook — Click "Add to Outlook."
Other apps — Copy the subscription URL and use the app's subscription-by-URL
option.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
