Polsia Pricing 2026: The $20 Plan, Task Credits, and Fees
Polsia costs $20 a month for one company, and the AI that “runs your company while you sleep” is what that $20 buys. The sticker is the easy part. Polsia has no pricing page, prices appear inside the product after signup, and the numbers have changed at least four times in 2026, so most reviews still quote figures that are no longer true.
The short verdict: at $20 plus a 3% cut of sales, Polsia is cheap to try and free to start, and the cost that matters is task credits, which run out fast when the agents need several attempts to finish a job. If what you actually want is the business you already have run better, not a generated one, Carly offers free Zapier-style workflows, with AI agents from $35/month, and takes no share of your revenue.
Polsia plans and prices
Figures from the plan window inside the product, captured on September 21, 2026 by NanoCorp, a rival platform, and from Polsia’s Terms of Service, which we read on September 30, 2026. All USD, billed monthly. There is no annual toggle.
| What | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Start | Free, no card | Signup, first plan, site, and inbox before you pay |
| ”Your AI Employee” | $20/month | 1 company, 30 Nightshifts (one task a night), 5 task credits a month plus 10 in month one, $5 of AI credits, server, database, email, browser |
| Extra company | $20/month each | Same allowance per company |
| Extra task credits | $19 to $999/month | 15 credits for $19, 25 for $29, 50 for $49, 100 for $99, 200 for $199, 500 for $499, 1,000 for $999 |
| ”Keep Your Site Online” | $19/month | Hosting only, no nightly cycle, 5 task credits |
| Fee on customer payments | 3% | Plus Stripe’s processing fees; 31-day settlement before payout |
| Fee on advertising | 20% | Included in the daily budget you set, funded from credits |
The cheapest real setup is $20. One company with the largest credit pack is $1,019 a month. The hosting plan is one dollar less than the full plan, so it exists to pause the nightly work without losing the site, not as a budget tier.
What a task credit is
The nightly task, which Polsia calls a Nightshift, is included: 30 a month. Everything else the agents do on demand, from adding a feature to the site to fixing one, is a task credit. Every task costs one credit whatever its size, and the 5 included credits are gone in a week for anyone actively building. Extra credits cost $1.90 each at the smallest step and about $1 at the larger packs. One late-September reviewer describes paying $50 for a plan that came with 50 credits at a dollar each, a configuration the September 21 capture did not show, which is one more sign that the window keeps moving.
The recurring complaint on Trustpilot, where Polsia held 3.5 out of 5 across 267 reviews on September 30, 2026, is that a task marked complete often is not, and the fix costs another credit. One reviewer in late September reported six failed attempts to restore admin access to their own site, each one billed, before the agent escalated to staff. Strategy and planning chat is not metered, so the conversation is free and the execution is not.
The fees on money you make
This is where the older figures mislead. Reviews from June 2026 describe $49 a month plus 20% of all revenue. The Terms in force on September 30, 2026 say something different:
- 3% of every customer payment. A $100 sale credits $97 to your balance, and Stripe’s fees come on top.
- 31 days before funds from a sale become available to withdraw.
- No minimum payout and no monthly cap. An earlier September version of the Terms set a $50 minimum and a $500 monthly cap. Both are gone.
- Withdrawals through Stripe Connect Express, which means an identity check before your first payout.
- 20% on advertising, applied to the daily budget you set. Ads are funded from your credit balance, and automatic credit top-ups stay off unless you switch them on.
Refunds and chargebacks from your customers are deducted in full from your balance, including the fee Polsia already kept, and you cover any shortfall.
Refunds and cancellation
Subscriptions are not refunded, and there is no credit for a partly used month. You keep access to the end of the paid period. Cancelling means opening Manage Billing in the product, which sends you to the Stripe billing portal. Ad spend already committed to Meta or another network is not refundable either, though unspent budget is not charged.
There is no free trial of the paid plan. The free part is the start: a mission statement, a market research document, a live site and an inbox arrive before the card prompt, in around ten minutes by independent accounts published in August.
Prices you will still see quoted
Because the plan window is the only source, every review describes the day its author looked:
- $49 a month plus 20% of revenue. Reported in June 2026 and repeated widely. Superseded.
- Standard $29, Pro $69, Portfolio $199, Venture $999. The ladder in force in July, with a three-day card-required trial. Replaced by the single $20 plan and the credit add-ons.
- $50 minimum, $500 monthly withdrawal cap. Terms of September 7, 2026. Removed on September 17.
- God Mode at $19 an hour. Polsia’s timed autonomous run, priced on its blog in April 2026. It is not in the current plan window.
Where Carly fits
Polsia’s price is small and its model is specific: the AI generates a company, holds the infrastructure, and keeps a cut. That suits someone like Josh who wants to launch speculative micro-businesses as experiments and accepts that credits, not the subscription, are the real spend.
Most people searching for Polsia’s price already have a business. They want the inbox handled, meetings booked, invoices chased, and the CRM kept current without asking. That is what Carly does. Agents work from inside your own email and calendar, connect to thousands of apps, and run on event triggers. There is no revenue share. The Zapier-style workflows are free, and AI agents start at $35/month. For the wider field, the Polsia alternatives roundup covers seven options, and Polsia vs OpenClaw compares it with the free self-hosted route.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
