Meeting notes

Turn meeting notes into Notion tasks

After every meeting, Carly extracts action items from the transcript or your notes and creates them as Notion tasks — assigned to the right people, with due dates pulled from context.

Frequently asked

Where does Carly get the transcript from?
From any meeting tool you've connected — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Otter, Fathom, Fireflies, or tl;dv. Or from notes you took yourself in Notion, Google Docs, or pasted into a Carly thread.
What if no action items are mentioned?
Carly skips creating tasks. She'll still log that the meeting happened if you want — just add 'log every meeting' to the prompt.
Can tasks go somewhere other than Notion?
Yes. Replace Notion with Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist, Trello, or any task tool you use. Same prompt structure.
Will Carly assign tasks to people who weren't in the meeting?
Only if they're explicitly named in the action item. Carly won't guess — if no owner is named she'll assign it to you by default.
