Frequently asked

What counts as 'high-intent'?
Whatever you say it is. The prompt uses score ≥ 8 as an example, but you can use any field — budget over $X, role contains 'Director', company size, urgency rating, etc.
Can Carly enrich the lead before pinging Slack?
Yes. Add 'and research the company' to the prompt and Carly will pull company info, recent news, and team size before posting the Slack notification.
What if the lead doesn't score high enough?
By default Carly does nothing. You can tell her to still log them to HubSpot or Google Sheets so you have a record.
Can I use this with another form tool?
Yes. Replace Typeform with Tally, Jotform, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or any form connected to Carly. The same prompt works.
