Catch AI Review (2026): Pricing, Calls and Fine Print
Catch is a polished AI executive assistant for one busy person. It schedules meetings, works your inbox, books travel and places phone calls in its own voice, for $99 a month with a 10-day trial. It’s also new, priced for one seat, and it won’t answer your incoming calls. The fine print says fees are non-refundable and that Catch uses your data to improve the product “for you and others.”
Catch came out of stealth on September 3 with a $5 million seed round. It’s run by Catch AI, Inc. in the US and Getea.ai Ltd. in Israel.
The quick answer: Catch is a good fit for an executive who wants outbound calls and travel handled for one monthly price. Carly is the better buy for most professionals and small teams: it answers your business line as well as calling out, works every inbox you own, runs workflows on your rules and starts far cheaper. Free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month.

What Catch does well
- Calls in its own voice. Ask it to move a dentist appointment or chase a supplier and it calls, works through the phone tree and sends you a transcript.
- Briefings by phone. It can ring you for a hands-free run-through of your day and act on what you say.
- Scheduling. CC it on a thread and it finds a time across your calendars.
- One price, calls included. $99 covers voice with no per-call fees.
Where Catch falls short
- It won’t answer your phone. Catch’s own blog says it places calls for you but won’t pick up your incoming calls. If clients, patients or leads call your business, they still hit voicemail.
- $99 for one person. That’s the price of a single seat. A five-person team is $495 a month before anyone has asked it for anything.
- Your data improves it for others. Catch’s security FAQ says it “uses your data to continuously improve the experience for you and others.” Its terms grant Catch a license to use customer data “to provide, maintain, develop and improve” the service, and its CTO told TechStartups the company uses anonymized interaction data to further train its models.
- Fees are non-refundable. The terms say so plainly, except where the law requires a refund.
- Beta terms. For trial and pre-release services, Catch’s total liability is capped at $1,000, and the terms warn those services “may be incomplete, contain bugs, suffer disruptions.”
- A margin on your travel. When Catch books travel, the terms say any service fee, concierge fee or margin it keeps is non-refundable.
- One assistant, its way. Catch is one assistant for one person. There’s no workflow builder and no separate agents for separate jobs.

Why Carly is the better buy
Carly does what Catch does and keeps going.
- It answers as well as calls. Carly picks up your business line, greets people from your CRM by name, books them on the right calendar and texts back the calls you miss.
- Email labeling and sorting. Every message in every Gmail and Outlook account, filed with your labels, the same way every time. Write a rule.
- Advanced calendar work. It checks every calendar before booking and runs booking pages with round robin for your team.
- Real business automations. “When a deal closes in HubSpot, email the contract, create the project in Asana and text Michael.” A new email, call, form or booking starts a free Zapier-style workflow.
- Agents for each job. Build agents for scheduling, lead follow-up and invoice chasing, each with its own email address, and a built-in CRM.
- Permissions you control. Give each contact a level. Let an agent send on its own or draft every reply for a teammate to approve. It stops when a teammate jumps in.
- No training on your data. Carly’s privacy notice says your Google and Microsoft data isn’t used to train AI models.
- Inside your AI. Run all of it from ChatGPT or Claude with the Carly plugin or connector.
- Thousands of apps. Carly connects to thousands of apps.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
