The work that eats your week isn’t contained in Procore. The RFI is in Procore, the person who owes you the answer is in your email, the cost impact is in your accounting system, and the client who needs telling is on your phone. That span is the gap.

There is no such thing as an MCP trigger. The protocol's own working group states plainly that clients find out about server-side changes by polling for them, and a real event mechanism remains unshipped.
