How it works
Each button subscribes you to a calendar feed. You'll see two short events each day — one at sunrise, one at sunset — with the exact local time. Your calendar app refreshes the feed automatically, so times stay current as the days get longer or shorter. This creates a new calendar in your sidebar (under "Other calendars" in Google, or in your calendar list on Apple) — it won't add events to your existing calendar.
What happens when you copy the URL
The "Copy URL" button copies the .ics calendar feed link to your clipboard. You can paste it into any calendar app that supports subscriptions. See our step-by-step guides for Google Calendar and Outlook.
How to remove the calendar
Since the subscription creates its own calendar, removing it is simple and won't affect your other events.
Google Calendar — In the left sidebar, hover over the sunrise/sunset calendar under "Other calendars," click the three dots (⋮), and select "Unsubscribe."
Apple Calendar — Right-click (or long-press on iPhone) the subscribed calendar in your calendar list and choose "Unsubscribe" or "Delete."
Outlook — Right-click the calendar in your sidebar and select "Remove."
Supported calendar apps
Google Calendar — Click "Add to Google Calendar" and confirm the subscription. Events appear within a few hours. Or copy the URL and follow our step-by-step guide to subscribe in Google Calendar.
Apple Calendar — Click "Add to Apple Calendar" to open the webcal link directly in Calendar.app on Mac or iOS.
Outlook — Copy the URL and follow our step-by-step guide to subscribe in Outlook.
Other apps — Copy the URL and paste it into your calendar app's "subscribe by URL" option.

See what people say
"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
