How to Make Meta Muse Call and Text Your Leads

Meta Muse can call and text your leads once it's connected to Carly. The setup takes about 10 minutes. When someone fills out your web form and meets your criteria, the AI agent calls them right away, and texts them if they miss the call. It also answers prospects who call or text the number on your website, qualifies them, routes the qualified ones to a real person and books meetings with your sales reps. It works with the web form you already use, not just Carly forms, and every Carly form comes with a share link and embed code. The point is speed to lead: the faster a new lead is on a call, the faster you can qualify them and book the revenue. The same steps work from ChatGPT or Claude.

Step by step

1. 01

   Copy the business setup prompt

   Create an account on usecarly.com. On the Account page, open "Use Carly Teams for business calls and texts" and press Copy business setup prompt.

2. 02

   Paste it into Meta Muse and add an API key

   Send the prompt to Meta Muse. When it asks for an API key, open Advanced → API keys in Carly, press Generate key and paste the value into Muse.

3. 03

   Give your agent a phone number

   Muse can now see all of your numbers. No number yet? Get one on the Agents tab, or ask Muse to get one for you.

4. 04

   Create a form and hook it up to the agent

   Ask Muse: "Create a Carly form for business inquiries and hook it up to the agent you just made." Already have a form on your site? Ask it to hook that one up instead.

5. 05

   Set your routing criteria

   Tell Muse who to call: "If someone who fills out the form meets my criteria, call them. If they miss the call, text them."

6. 06

   Have qualified leads booked with your reps

   Ask Muse to edit the agent's instructions so it books qualified leads with your sales reps. Every call and text lands in the Carly inbox.
