Claude is genuinely excellent at writing email templates — but it can’t store them as reusable templates, insert one into a real message on its own, or send a template on a trigger. Where Claude is strong: writing the template
This is real value. Claude is one of the better tools for drafting reusable email copy:

- In your voice. Give it a few of your real emails and it’ll match tone, length, and sign-off.
- With merge fields. It’ll structure a template with
