Relevance AI: What It Is, Pricing, and Alternatives (2026)
Relevance AI builds teams of AI agents for sales, customer success, marketing, HR and support. For most of its history you could sign up free and build one yourself.
That changed in 2026. Relevance AI is now an enterprise vendor with an embedded deployment team, and its pricing page has one plan: Enterprise, priced by sales.
The quick answer: Relevance AI is an enterprise platform for building an “AI workforce” of specialist agents: a researcher that enriches accounts, a prepper that briefs reps before calls, an actioner that logs notes and sends follow-ups. In April 2026 it had a free plan, Pro at $19 a month and Team at $234 a month (both billed yearly). By June the only plan was Enterprise, by quote. If you want agents that do that work now, from your own inbox, calendar and CRM, without a sales cycle, Carly is self-serve: free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month.

What Relevance AI does
Relevance AI sells agents by job. Its sales lineup shows the shape:
- Research & Enricher researches prospects from live sources
- Pre-meeting Prepper surfaces account context before every meeting
- Post-call Actioner logs notes and sends follow-ups after each call
- Meeting Scheduler books qualified meetings on reps’ calendars
- Outbound Prospector personalizes multi-channel outreach
- Deal Reviewer and Forecast Roll-up check deals against criteria and roll up the pipeline
Each agent runs on the model Relevance picks for the task, and the dashboard tracks cost per task and evaluation pass rates. Relevance frames adoption as four levels: assisted (L1), copilot (L2), autopilot (L3), where proven playbooks run on their own, and self-driving (L4), where agents run their own evaluations and swap models.
The customer stories are enterprise: Qualified says it built $7 million in pipeline with more than 35 agents, and Autodesk, Canva and Confluent appear on the homepage. The rollout is a project. Relevance’s own timeline runs two weeks of mapping use cases, then a first team of agents from week three, then a pilot review from week four.
Relevance AI pricing in 2026
The pricing page changed twice this year, according to archived copies.
| When | Plans |
|---|---|
| April 2026 | Free ($0, 200 Actions a month), Pro ($19 a month billed yearly), Team ($234 a month billed yearly), Enterprise |
| May 2026 | Pro and Team switched to “Talk to sales.” Free removed |
| June 2026 onward | Enterprise only, “Talk to sales” |
Enterprise lists custom Actions and Vendor Credits, unlimited agents, users and workforces, calling and meeting agents, agent evaluations, A/B testing, SSO and a dedicated account manager. There is no published price. Third-party guides still quote the old $19 and $234 plans, and so did some of ours until this week.
What users report
Relevance AI says it holds 4.5 stars on G2. Trustpilot has only two reviews, at 3.1 out of 5. One, from March 2026, says the product “used to be awesome but not so much anymore,” because the old way of adding steps to tools was gone. The other says there is no customer support. Two reviews prove nothing on their own, but both point at the same thing: the product moved toward enterprise deployments, and smaller users felt it.

FAQ
Does Relevance AI have a free plan?
Not anymore. The free plan, with 200 Actions a month, was on the pricing page in April 2026 and gone by May. The page now lists Enterprise only. Carly runs Zapier-style workflows free, and its AI agents start at $35 a month.
How much does Relevance AI cost?
Relevance AI does not publish a price. Enterprise is quoted by sales and billed in Actions, each one a tool run by an agent, plus Vendor Credits for model costs.
What is the best Relevance AI alternative for a small team?
Carly. It is self-serve, works from the inboxes, calendars and CRM your team already uses, and runs the same research, prep, follow-up and scheduling jobs as workflows that start on their own.
Is Relevance AI an AI SDR?
It sells a BDR agent and the outbound prospecting agents above, but the platform is broader: it builds agents for customer success, marketing, HR, support and operations too. For a self-serve outbound and follow-up setup, see Carly.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
