Get a four-person panel booked without the calendar Tetris

Hey Carly,

I need to schedule a 4-person interview panel for a candidate this week. The four interviewers are on the thread — please find mutually-free slots across their Google Calendars and match it against the candidate's window (their Calendly link or the times they replied with). Once you've got the slots, create the calendar events with Zoom links and a quick line of job context, then email the candidate the full schedule plus a one-pager on each interviewer. Drop a debrief slot on the hiring team's calendar for right after the last interview.

Ask me before sending the candidate email so I can eyeball it.
