How to Connect Multiple Calendars to ChatGPT
ChatGPT can work across all of your calendars once Carly is connected. Copy the setup prompt from usecarly.com, add Carly in ChatGPT (it's a listed plugin, so it's one button), then ask ChatGPT how to get connected. It sends you to a page where you add every Google and Outlook account, with calendar, email, contacts and Drive for each. If you're particular about your schedule, choose which calendars count against your availability, which ones the agent can see without blocking your time, and where new events go when you don't say. If you don't care, ask ChatGPT to pick reasonable defaults. Each event stays on its original calendar. Apps ChatGPT can't reach on its own connect the same way: paste the app's website into Connect an API and your agent walks you through it. The same steps work in Claude, Meta Muse, Grok Bot and Perplexity.

Go to usecarly.com, press the MCP button at the top right and copy the prompt for your agent.

Add Carly to ChatGPT
Paste the prompt into ChatGPT. Carly is a listed plugin there, so you can just press the button to add it. Claude, Meta Muse, Grok Bot and Perplexity take the same prompt.

Choose what counts against your availability
Pick which calendars block your time, which ones the agent can see but treat as free, and which calendar new events go on when you don't say. Or ask ChatGPT to pick reasonable defaults.

Try "When am I free Thursday afternoon across all my calendars?", "Move my 3pm to Friday" or "Book lunch with my cofounder on my personal calendar at noon."
