Claude + FieldPulse: How to Connect Jobs and Invoices
There’s no FieldPulse connector in Claude, and FieldPulse hasn’t released an MCP server. Its API is open to customers, though: ask FieldPulse support to turn on your API token, connect it to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your jobs, customers, estimates and invoices come into the chat.
Where FieldPulse stands with Claude
As of October 13, 2026, Claude has no FieldPulse connector, and mcp.fieldpulse.com doesn’t exist. FieldPulse does run a public API covering customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, locations and more, with create, update and delete on most of them.
The one extra step is getting the token. FieldPulse doesn’t hand it out from a settings screen. You ask, and support registers and activates it for your account. After that it’s a normal API key.
How to connect FieldPulse to Claude through Carly
- Request your API token. Email FieldPulse support or use the in-app chat and ask them to register and activate an API token for your account.
- Connect FieldPulse in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect FieldPulse there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your jobs. It answers through the Carly connector with live FieldPulse data.
What Claude can do with FieldPulse once Carly is in
- “What jobs are on tomorrow’s board, and who’s assigned to each?”
- “Which estimates did we send in the last two weeks that the customer hasn’t approved?”
- “List unpaid invoices over 30 days, biggest first.”
- “Michael Bennett called about the noise in his AC. Find his location and every job we’ve done there.”
With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly, Claude can read the customer’s email and pull up their job history in the same answer.
The jobs that move when nobody’s at the desk
Claude only works when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and FieldPulse can’t start one. Its own webhooks only cover job status changes, and claude.ai has nowhere to receive them anyway. So the estimate nobody chased and the invoice nobody followed up on stay that way until someone checks.

Does Claude work with FieldPulse?
Not directly. There’s no FieldPulse connector in Claude and no official MCP server. Connect FieldPulse to Carly with an API token, add the Carly connector to Claude, and Claude can work with your FieldPulse data.
How do I get a FieldPulse API key?
Contact FieldPulse support by email or in-app chat and ask them to register and activate an API token for your account.
