Claude + Kickserv: Connect Your Jobs to Claude
Kickserv doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. On the Premium plan, every employee already has an API token waiting in employee management. Connect a token to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your jobs, customers, tasks and time are in the chat.
Where Kickserv stands with Claude
As of October 16, 2026, there’s no Kickserv connector in Claude and no official Kickserv MCP server.
Kickserv’s public API (version 2) covers customers and their notes, jobs with their charges, notes and time entries, tasks, employees and your price list of items. It’s an older XML API, which matters to a developer and not to you: Carly does the translating.
Two rules from Kickserv to know up front. API tokens are only on the Premium plan. And a token belongs to one employee: if that person changes their Kickserv password, the token changes too.
How to connect Kickserv to Claude through Carly
- Copy an API token. In Kickserv, open employee management, pick the employee Carly should act as, and copy their API token. An office manager or owner account works best, since the token sees what that employee sees.
- Connect Kickserv in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect Kickserv there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your jobs. It answers through the Carly connector with live Kickserv data.
What Claude can do with Kickserv once Carly is in
- “Which jobs are scheduled tomorrow, and who’s on each one?”
- “Pull up every job we’ve done for Michael Bennett and what we charged.”
- “How many hours did the crew log on the Riverside remodel this week?”
- “Add a note to Claire Thompson’s account: gate code changed to 4410.”
With your Gmail or Outlook and your calendar connected in Carly too, Claude can match a customer’s email to their job history in one step.
Where Claude stops
Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in Kickserv can start one. A service request emailed at 8pm, a tech who needs tomorrow’s route, a job that ran long and never got its hours logged: all of it waits for someone to open a chat.
Carly handles those, in the cloud, on a schedule you set or when an email comes in:
- Every evening at 6, pull tomorrow’s jobs from Kickserv and email each tech their list with addresses and notes.
- When a customer emails asking for service, look up their history, offer times from your calendar, and draft the reply for you to approve.
- Every Friday at 3, list jobs from this week with no time logged and remind the tech who ran them.
- The day after a job, send the customer a thank-you and ask for a review.
Carly connects to thousands of apps, so the same workflow can update QuickBooks, post to your crew’s Slack, or add a follow-up to your CRM. You set it up in plain English. Routine steps run as free Zapier-style workflows; work that needs judgment runs as an AI agent. Free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month. Get started with Carly.

FAQ
Does Claude work with Kickserv?
Not directly. Kickserv has no Claude connector and no official MCP server. Connect Kickserv to Carly with an employee’s API token, add the Carly connector to Claude, and Claude can work with your Kickserv data.
Where do I find my Kickserv API token?
In the employee management section of your Kickserv account. Each employee has their own token, and tokens are only available on the Premium plan.
Why did my Kickserv connection stop working?
The employee whose token you used probably changed their password, which changes the token too. Copy the new token and reconnect it in Carly.
Can my techs get tomorrow’s jobs automatically?
Yes, with Carly. Every evening it pulls the next day’s jobs from Kickserv and sends each tech their list, with no chat open and your laptop closed.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
