Claude + GorillaDesk: Connect Your Routes and Jobs
GorillaDesk doesn’t have a Claude connector or an MCP server. It does have a public API you can switch on yourself if you’re on Pro. Create a key, connect it to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your customers, jobs and routes are in the chat.
Where GorillaDesk stands with Claude
As of October 13, 2026, there’s nothing GorillaDesk-built to add to Claude, and GorillaDesk’s API host answers a /mcp path exactly like a made-up one. You’ll see third-party tools offering GorillaDesk actions to AI agents, but they sit in the middle of your data and your account.
The direct route is GorillaDesk’s own API. It’s an add-on for Pro users: you activate it, generate a named key, and use that key for any integration. You can rename or delete keys at any time, and deleting one revokes its access.
How to connect GorillaDesk to Claude through Carly
- Turn on the API and create a key. In GorillaDesk, go to Add-Ons → API and activate it. Click to add an API key, name it, and click Create API Key. Copy the key.
- Connect GorillaDesk in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect GorillaDesk there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your day. It answers through the Carly connector with live GorillaDesk data.
What Claude can do with GorillaDesk once Carly is in
- “Which customers are due for their quarterly treatment this month and don’t have a job scheduled yet?”
- “How many stops does Josh have tomorrow, and which one is furthest out?”
- “Pull every job at Emily Parker’s address this year and what we treated for.”
- “List open invoices older than 30 days with the customer’s email.”
With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly, Claude can match a customer’s email to their account and service history in one answer.
The follow-ups that slip
Claude works when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in GorillaDesk can start one. So the recurring customer who fell off the schedule, the new lead from your website, and the invoice from two months ago all wait for someone to remember.
