CarlyChat puts a support chatbot on your website that answers from material you actually trust. Add text, exact question-and-answer pairs, a URL, a whole site, or files, then test the answer and its source in a playground before anyone else sees it. When it is right, one script tag puts it in the corner of your site.
The same sources power the widget, the hosted chat page at /embed/{botId}, and a REST endpoint, so the answer a customer gets in the corner of your site is the answer your own product gets from the API.

CarlyChat has a remote MCP server, which means you can skip the setup entirely. Create an account, copy the account key, and give your agent one instruction:

Actions and the customer record
A grounded answer is not always the whole job. Actions let the bot run a live lookup, an account update, an inline form, or any other safe function inside the installed site, so “where is my order” gets an order status instead of a link to the shipping policy.
Verified customers, chat context, and support tickets sync out through one signed contract, with presets for Attio, HubSpot, and Carly CRM and signed webhooks for anything else. The conversation ends up on the contact record rather than in a separate support silo.
