Plus
$399 a month for up to five users, sold through sales rather than self-serve. Everything in Grow plus a centralized files and media library, teammate tagging in job notes, automated job costing, Pipeline lead tracking, Marketing Suite, the AI-powered Receptionist, a dedicated onboarding specialist, and premium support.
Plus is largely a bundle. Pipeline, Marketing Suite and Receptionist are all sold separately on the lower tiers, and their combined list price is close to the gap between Grow and Plus.

The entry price is tied to being alone, not to being small. A two-person business is on Connect at minimum, so the honest starting price for anyone with an employee is $149 a month billed annually, or $199 month to month.
Five users are included above Core, whether or not you have five. A two-person crew on Connect pays the same $149 as a five-person crew, which makes the second user very expensive and the third through fifth free.
Monthly billing costs roughly 40% more. Core is $29 against $49, Connect $99 against $139. Jobber runs seasonal promotions on annual plans that widen the gap further, and those promotions carry a “for 12 months, then” price that is the one worth planning around.
