How to Connect Multiple Email Accounts to Meta Muse

3:38 · October 13, 2026

Meta Muse's own connectors hold one Gmail account and one Outlook account. To use Muse across all of your email accounts, add them to Carly and connect Carly to Muse once. Muse then reaches every Gmail and Outlook account you have, plus your calendars, contacts, Google Drive and Microsoft Planner. Apps Muse can't reach on its own, like Trello, Clio, Mercury and Granola, connect in Carly and come through the same connector. The same steps work for ChatGPT and Claude.

Step by step

  1. 01

Add all your email accounts to Carly

On the Carly integrations page, add each email address, then press Connect with Google or Connect with Microsoft for each one.

  2. 02

Ask Muse to connect to Carly

Ask Muse to connect to Carly, or copy the connector link from usecarly.com/mcp and give it to Muse.

  3. 03

Create an API key for Muse

In Carly, go to Integrations → Advanced → API Keys and create a key. Name it MetaMuse and pick its permissions, at least calendar and mail.

  4. 04

    Paste the key into Muse

Paste the key into Muse's connection box and press Save.

  5. 05

    Ask across all your accounts

Try "Look across all my email accounts and tell me what needs a reply today" or "Find a free hour this week across all my calendars."

  6. 06

Add the apps Muse can't reach

On the Carly integrations page, connect any other app you use, like Clio, Mercury or Granola. Muse can use it through the same connector.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
