A modern CRM workspace showing linked company and contact records

Attio Pricing: Seats, Credits, and the Free Plan

Attio costs $0, $35, or $79 per user per month billed annually, or $44 and $99 billed monthly, with Enterprise quoted individually. The plans are Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise, and annual billing saves 20%.

Attio has one of the more genuinely usable free plans in the CRM category, and one of the more consequential seat caps. Both matter more than the headline price.

Plus$35$44Up to 10
Pro$79$99Unlimited

Free

$0, up to three seats. Real-time contact syncing and automatic data enrichment, which is more than most free CRM tiers offer. Credits are 100 per user a month plus 250 per workspace a month.

Three seats is a real founding team, and for a company that has not hired a fourth person the free plan is a working CRM rather than a demo.

Plus

$35 per user per month billed annually, up to ten seats. Everything in Free plus private lists and enhanced email sending. Credits rise to 500 per user and 1,500 per workspace monthly.

The seat cap is what ends Plus. A team hitting its eleventh user moves to Pro whether or not it needs a single Pro feature, and that is a jump from $35 to $79 a head.

Pro

$79 per user per month billed annually, unlimited seats. Everything in Plus plus call intelligence and sequences, permission controls, and advanced reporting. Credits are 1,000 per user and 10,000 per workspace monthly.

Call intelligence and sequences are the substantive additions. Permission controls are the reason most teams actually arrive.

Enterprise

Quoted individually, billed annually, unlimited seats. Unlimited objects, unlimited teams, and security and admin controls. Credits are 2,500 per user monthly with a custom workspace allowance.

How Attio credits work

Credits come in two buckets and both apply at once. Seat credits are granted per user per month: 100, 500, 1,000, or 2,500 by tier. Workspace credits are granted to the whole workspace: 250, 1,500, 10,000, or custom.

Extra workspace credits can be bought on any paid tier at the same rate regardless of plan:

Additional workspace creditsAnnualMonthly
+5,000/month$70/mo$85/mo
+10,000/month$120/mo$150/mo
+25,000/month$260/mo$330/mo
+50,000/month$475/mo$595/mo

Fifty thousand extra credits a month at $475 is more than six Pro seats, which is worth knowing before automation gets designed around a credit-hungry pattern.

What the pricing page glosses over

The seat cap, not the feature list, sets the tier. Free stops at three and Plus stops at ten. A team of eleven pays Pro pricing on every seat, so growing from ten to eleven people raises the CRM bill by 126% per user.

Credit top-ups are priced identically on Plus and Pro. The add-on table shows the same numbers in every column, so buying credits does not get cheaper as you move up. Only the included allowance changes.

Enterprise is annual only. The monthly toggle leaves Enterprise as “get a custom quote, billed annually.”

Plus is a small step in features and a large one in credits. Private lists and enhanced email sending are the named additions, but the credit allowance goes up fivefold per user, which is often the real reason a free workspace upgrades.

Is Attio free?

Yes. The free plan is permanent, supports up to three seats, and includes real-time contact syncing and automatic data enrichment with 100 credits per user and 250 per workspace each month. No credit card is required to start.

When Attio isn’t worth it

Attio is a well-designed CRM for a company that wants its data model to match its business, and the free tier makes it a sensible default for a founding team. If you need call intelligence, sequences and granular permissions, Pro is fairly priced against the category.

The awkward case is the founder or small team who bought a CRM because follow-ups were falling through. Contacts sync themselves, records enrich themselves, and the thing that still does not happen is the reply, the reminder and the meeting. At eleven people that oversight costs $79 a head.

If the missing piece is the follow-through rather than the record, Carly is priced for that shape. Every Gmail and Outlook account connects as its own authorized connection, so replies go out from the address that owns the thread, booking pages and connected calendars are unlimited, and the follow-up sequences are Zapier-style workflow steps that are free rather than drawn from a credit balance. The assistant that reads the thread, drafts the reply and books the meeting starts at $35 a month rather than per seat. Carly connects to thousands of apps, Attio included, so the CRM keeps being the source of truth.

See what people say

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
