The limit that actually bites in Cowork
Connecting a second Google account silently changes what every scheduled task sees, because the account you swapped in is the only one still there.
The sharper problem is unattended work. Not on its own. Cowork uses Claude’s Google connector, which holds one identity and replaces it when a second signs in. Connecting every account to Carly and adding Carly to Claude once lets a single task reach them all.
Does Cowork have its own email connectors?
No. It inherits Claude’s, so whatever is connected in Claude is exactly what a Cowork task can see.
Can a scheduled Cowork task send email?
