Claude + Breezeway: Connect Your Turnovers to Claude
Breezeway doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. It does issue API keys to its own customers: you request them with a short form. Connect those keys to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your cleaning, inspection and maintenance tasks are in the chat.
Where Breezeway stands with Claude
As of October 16, 2026, there’s no Breezeway connector in Claude and no official Breezeway MCP server.
The Breezeway API covers the whole operations side of a rental business: properties and their contacts, reservations with check-in and check-out, and tasks. Tasks are the core. The API can create, assign, update, close, approve and reopen them, read their checklists, and add comments and photos. It also lists your people, templates and supplies.
Breezeway gives keys to two groups. Software partners apply through a partnership form. Account holders, meaning you, request keys for their own Breezeway account through a separate form, and Breezeway sends back a client ID and secret.
How to connect Breezeway to Claude through Carly
- Request your API keys. On Breezeway’s developer site, open Obtaining Credentials and fill in the form for account holders. Breezeway replies with a client ID and client secret.
- Connect Breezeway in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect Breezeway there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your tasks. It answers through the Carly connector with live Breezeway data.
What Claude can do with Breezeway once Carly is in

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly too, Claude can turn a guest’s “the dishwasher is leaking” email into a task in one step.
Where Claude stops
Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in Breezeway can start one. Breezeway sends webhooks when tasks change, but claude.ai has nowhere to receive them. A cleaner who hasn’t started, an inspection that failed, an owner asking what was fixed last month: all of it waits for you to open a chat.
