Claude + Hostfully: Connect Your Rentals to Claude
Hostfully doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. It does give your agency an API key, and it sits in Agency Settings. Connect that key to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your bookings, guests and properties are in the chat.
Where Hostfully stands with Claude
As of October 16, 2026, there’s no Hostfully connector in Claude and no official Hostfully MCP server.
The Hostfully API (version 3) covers properties, leads (Hostfully’s word for inquiries and bookings), guests, fees, amenities and pre-arrival forms, and it can move a lead along: hold an inquiry, turn it into a booking, change dates, cancel. Hostfully offers two ways in. Software partners go through an OAuth review. Premium customers just copy their agency’s API key, and API access is available on every Hostfully plan as an add-on.
How to connect Hostfully to Claude through Carly
- Copy your API key. In Hostfully, open Agency Settings and copy your agency’s API key. Premium accounts have one; on other plans, API access is an add-on Hostfully can switch on.
- Connect Hostfully in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect Hostfully there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your rentals. It answers through the Carly connector with live Hostfully data.
What Claude can do with Hostfully once Carly is in

- “Which inquiries from the last two days are still open? Put the Lake Tahoe one on hold.”

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly too, Claude can match a guest’s email to their booking in one step.
Where Claude stops
Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in Hostfully can start one. Hostfully sends webhooks when things change, but claude.ai has nowhere to receive them. A same-day booking, a guest who never filled in the pre-arrival form, a cleaner who needs tomorrow’s turnovers: all of it waits for you to open a chat.
