Fyxer AI Pricing 2026: Plans, Seats, Trial and Refunds

Fyxer costs $30 or $50 per user per month, or 25% less if you pay a year upfront. The sticker price is simple. The bill often isn’t, because Fyxer charges per seat and can add seats you didn’t invite.

The short verdict: Starter at $22.50 per month (billed annually) is fair for one person whose inbox is full of routine email and who wants a notetaker included. Most complaints come from teams: the domain auto-add setting, trials that convert to paid, and short refund windows. If what you want to pay for is meetings booked and follow-ups sent rather than drafts to review, Carly offers free Zapier-style workflows, with AI agents from $35/month.

Fyxer AI plans and prices

Prices as listed on Fyxer’s pricing page on September 28, 2026, in USD. We checked both the Monthly and Annual toggles.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing (per month)Annual total per user
Starter$30 /user$22.50 /user$270
Professional$50 /user$37.50 /user$450
EnterpriseCustomCustomMinimum 50 users

Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year, and the discount is applied automatically. There is no free plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

What each plan includes

Starter ($30, or $22.50 annually) covers one inbox and one calendar:

  • Inbox sorting into categories like “To respond” and “FYI”
  • Reply drafts written in your voice
  • The meeting notetaker, which joins calls and takes notes

Professional ($50, or $37.50 annually) adds:

  • Multiple inboxes and calendars per person
  • Scheduling across teams and time zones
  • Fyxer Chat, which answers questions from your inbox and meeting notes
  • HubSpot integration and file uploads to train drafts
  • A customizable notetaker and an onboarding session

Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, SSO and SCIM provisioning, and custom security controls. Fyxer’s pricing FAQ puts the minimum at 50 users, and HIPAA compliance is available here.

The practical upgrade trigger is the second inbox. Fyxer’s own guide says to choose Professional if you “manage multiple inboxes or calendars,” book meetings across time zones, or need CRM integrations. One Trustpilot reviewer, on value alone, advised the opposite: “I recommend the standard that you can use 1 email and 1 calendar, not the 50usd per month (2 emails and 2 calendars).”

Costs that aren’t on the pricing card

Seats you didn’t invite. A setting called “Automatically add users for this domain” makes anyone who signs up with your company email a paid seat, with no invite needed. Fyxer’s help center calls it “the number one cause of unexpected multi-seat charges” and says “each active user counts as a paid seat, even if they haven’t used Fyxer yet.” Removing someone reduces future bills, but “refunds aren’t automatic.” Turn it off in Admin settings → Organization before anyone else at your company hears about Fyxer.

One plan for the whole organization. You can’t mix Starter and Professional seats. If one person needs a second inbox, everyone moves to Professional.

The trial runs on Professional. Fyxer says trials start with Professional features switched on, and “charges reflect the plan active at the time of billing.” If you only want Starter, switch before day seven.

Annual is paid upfront. For a 5-person Professional team that’s $2,250 on day one.

Volume “overage.” Fyxer’s current pricing page and billing help articles mention no email-volume fees, and its billing guide lists three reasons a bill changes: seats, plan and billing cycle. One Trustpilot reviewer did report one in March 2026: “Fyxer wanted to start charging me for the “overage.” They were not at all transparent about this add on fee based on email volume.” (Trustpilot). If your inbox is very busy, ask sales before you buy.

Free trial terms: card, reminders, auto-renew

  • Length: 7 days, for every plan, including teams. Fyxer says there’s no longer option unless you’re on Enterprise.
  • Card: Fyxer’s teams signup page says “7-day free trial • No credit card required.” Its terms require card details once you subscribe.
  • Auto-conversion: “At the end of the trial, your account automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel.”
  • Reminder: To “Will I be reminded before my trial ends?”, Fyxer’s help center answers that trial status shows in the dashboard, then: “Set your own reminder to avoid surprises.”
  • Seats added during the trial are all included in your first charge.

Refunds and cancellation

Fyxer’s refund policy: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of the first charge on a monthly plan, or within 30 days on an annual plan. Outside those windows, refunds “aren’t guaranteed.” You cancel under Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, and request refunds by emailing support.

Users report mixed experiences:

  • “The only pro is they let me cancel and get a refund.” (the same overage reviewer, March 2026)
  • “I will say it was easy to cancel.” (Trustpilot, April 2026)
  • “Rather than offering a partial refund or any goodwill, they offered me a free trial extension on a service I had already confirmed I did not want to use.” (a user charged right after their trial ended, Trustpilot, April 2026)
  • “Found that Fyxer then automatically added other team members without my permission over the following days, then billed me over $300 in the first month, without asking for permission or notifying me.” (Trustpilot, June 2026)
  • “My fyxer account was charging me over £90 a month for inbox admin without my knowledge.” (Trustpilot, June 2026)

Our read: cancelling itself is simple. The pain comes from charges people didn’t expect (extra seats, trial conversion) landing outside the 7-day monthly refund window. For the full picture of the product, see our Fyxer AI review.

What Fyxer really costs: two worked examples

Josh, solo consultant, one Google Workspace inbox.

  • Starter, monthly: $30/month, $360 a year
  • Starter, annual: $270 paid upfront (saves $90)
  • If he adds his second business inbox, he needs Professional: $600 a year monthly, or $450 upfront

Emily’s 5-person agency, Microsoft 365.

SetupMonthly billingAnnual billing
5 seats, Starter$150/month ($1,800/yr)$1,350 upfront
5 seats, Professional$250/month ($3,000/yr)$2,250 upfront
7 seats, Professional (two colleagues auto-added)$350/month ($4,200/yr)$3,150 upfront

The jump that catches teams is the middle row. If one partner wants two inboxes, the whole agency pays Professional, adding $900 a year on annual billing. The last row is what happens if domain auto-add stays on and two more colleagues sign up.

Is Fyxer worth the price?

Reviewers who pay happily describe it as a daily habit: “It’s a must to me, a daily driver & the most complete package that i’ve ever used.” (Trustpilot, August 2026). The price complaints sound like this:

A simple test: at $30 a month, Fyxer needs to save you about an hour a month to pay off at almost any professional rate. Its drafts do that for routine inboxes. They often don’t for varied, long-form email, where reviewers say editing drafts takes longer than writing. Run the trial on a normal week, not a quiet one.

Cheaper options

  • Starter on annual billing is the cheapest way to use Fyxer at $22.50 a month.
  • If you mostly want sorting, rule-based filtering doesn’t need AI. Carly’s Zapier-style workflows are free, so “label anything from this client’s domain” or “file every receipt” costs nothing. See also Fyxer vs SaneBox.
  • If you mostly want drafting, check the AI already inside your email client first. One eight-month Fyxer user wrote: “For the predictive emails you can use Gmail functionality.”
  • The full field is in our Fyxer alternatives roundup.

FAQ

Does Fyxer have a free plan? No. It offers a 7-day free trial, after which your account converts to a paid plan unless you cancel. If you want something free, Carly’s Zapier-style workflows cost nothing, and AI agents start at $35/month.

Does the Fyxer free trial need a credit card? Fyxer’s teams signup page says no credit card is required for the 7-day trial. Its help center says the trial converts to paid automatically, and it doesn’t promise a reminder, so set your own.

Can I get a refund from Fyxer? Yes, within 7 days of the first charge on monthly plans or 30 days on annual plans. Outside those windows it’s at Fyxer’s discretion, and seats removed later aren’t refunded automatically.

Why was I charged more than $30 for Fyxer? Usually because extra seats were added by the domain auto-add setting, the trial ended on Professional, or you switched billing cycles mid-period. Check Admin settings → Billing and People.

Is Fyxer cheaper than Carly? Fyxer Starter is cheaper per seat ($22.50 to $30), but it only drafts. Carly starts at $35/month for AI agents that reply, schedule and follow up, and its workflows are free. Book a call with the Carly team for team setups.

See what people say

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
