Akiflow Pricing 2026: Pro, Believer Plans and Free Trial
Akiflow sells one plan, Pro, and lets you choose how long to commit: a month, a year, two years or five years. The longer you commit, the less you pay per month, and none of it is refundable once the trial ends.
The quick answer: Akiflow Pro costs $34/month billed monthly or $19/month billed yearly ($228 up front). There is no free plan, only a 7-day trial that needs a card. The AI Meeting Assistant is an extra $19/month. Akiflow is for people who want every task from Gmail, Slack, Notion and Asana in one inbox and are happy to time-block them by hand. If the work eating your day is scheduling meetings and answering email, Carly does that work for you, with free Zapier-style workflows and AI agents from $35/month.
Akiflow plans at a glance
Prices as listed on Akiflow’s pricing page on September 29, 2026 (USD):
| Option | Price | Effective monthly | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro Monthly | $34/month | $34 | Monthly, cancel anytime |
| Pro Yearly | $228/year | $19 | One payment per year (“Save 44%“) |
| Believer, 2 years | $357.60 | $14.90 | One payment for 2 years |
| Believer, 5 years | $699 | $11.65 | One payment for 5 years |
| AI Meeting Assistant add-on | $19/month | $19 | Monthly only |
| Team | Not published | Quoted by sales | Contact sales |
Every row except the add-on is the same Pro product. Akiflow’s own FAQ describes the Believer options as “longer Pro commitments, not separate feature-limited plans.” The yearly card is labeled “PROMO” on the page, so treat $19 as a price that can move.
Akiflow also says it “may apply local purchasing-power pricing in selected countries,” so the checkout price for your location is the one that applies.
What Pro includes
Pro is the whole app. Per the pricing page: tasks and subtasks, calendar planning, integrations, “all power features,” Aki (Akiflow’s AI assistant), the hosted Akiflow MCP Connector, and a free 1:1 onboarding call. The feature grid adds time blocking, a daily planning ritual, availability sharing, Google and Outlook calendar sync, desktop and mobile apps, Zapier and IFTTT automations, and turning emails into tasks.
Aki is included in Pro. You can message it inside the app, on WhatsApp, through Siri, or by email. One limit matters for email users: Akiflow’s help center says Aki Email only processes emails where the Aki address is in the To field and ignores CC and BCC. You forward things to Aki; you can’t copy it into a live thread.
The Believer plans: Akiflow’s answer to “lifetime”
There is no official Akiflow lifetime deal. The closest thing is the 5-year Believer option at $699, which works out to about $11.65 a month. The 2-year option is $357.60, or $14.90 a month.
Akiflow’s pricing-page FAQ spells out how the 2-year option works: “Only users with an active subscription can switch to the Believer 730 plan,” it’s “a one-time upfront payment covering 730 days (2 years),” and any unused time on your current plan is credited. Third-party coupon and “lifetime deal” sites list Akiflow offers, but none of them is on Akiflow’s own page. Buy only through Akiflow.
Five years is a long bet on a planner. Our Akiflow alternatives roundup is worth ten minutes before you pay $699 at once.
The Meeting Assistant add-on
Aki is included in Pro. The AI Meeting Assistant is not. Per Akiflow’s Meeting Assistant help article, it:
- costs $19/month, monthly only, with no yearly option;
- covers 1,800 minutes (30 hours) of recording a month, with a 3-hour cap per meeting, and “additional usage cannot be purchased”;
- deletes recordings after 30 days;
- works on individual plans only, not Team plans;
- comes with a trial that covers your first 3 recorded meetings, after which those transcripts lock until you pay.
Add it to Pro Yearly and the real cost of Akiflow with meeting notes is $38/month, not $19.
What it really costs
- Josh, a freelancer on Pro Yearly: $228 a year, paid up front. Month to month, the same year costs $408.
- Josh with the Meeting Assistant: $228 + $228 = $456 a year, because the add-on bills monthly on its own schedule.
- Josh committing for five years: $699 once, about $140 a year.
- Emily’s 5-person team: Akiflow doesn’t publish a per-seat team price. At individual list prices, five seats would be $1,140 a year on yearly billing or $170 a month on monthly. That’s the ceiling. Akiflow’s team help article says invited members get “a 40% discount” on monthly or yearly plans and that the base price includes 2 seats, so a sales quote should come in lower. The Meeting Assistant isn’t available on Team plans at any price.
One more team caveat from the same article: Akiflow Teams is for billing and onboarding, not shared work. “You cannot assign tasks to other members,” and there’s no shared task view.
Pricing gotchas to watch
The trial takes a card and converts automatically. Akiflow’s FAQ: “a card is required, and the selected subscription begins after the trial unless it is cancelled.” If you picked yearly, that’s $228 on day 8.
No refunds. Akiflow’s terms of service say “Purchases are non-refundable; Akiflow is not obligated to refund any payments,” and that cancelling gets no refund “for any unused time.” The terms do list statutory exceptions: EU and UK consumers get a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services.
Cancelling means finishing the flow. The account help page warns: “If you exit before finishing, your account will remain active.” You keep access until the paid period ends. Subscriptions can’t be paused.
Team auto-renewal is support-only. Per the team help article, auto-renewal on Team plans “can’t be turned off through self-service”; you have to ask support to schedule the cancellation.
Your data is hard to take with you. Akiflow “does not offer a self service option to export tasks that were created directly in Akiflow,” per the account help page. Tasks synced from Notion, Asana or ClickUp stay in those apps.
Prices have gone up before. In 2023, one r/productivity user noticed the monthly price jump: “Instead of $15 paid monthly it’s now $24.99.” Today it’s $34.
Discounts that are real
- Students and researchers: 40% off Pro Yearly for life after academic-email verification, per the pricing FAQ. It can apply to Believer too; email support@akiflow.com.
- Referrals: Akiflow’s referral program pays $25 in credit to both sides when a friend pays their first invoice, capped at $300.
- Teams: the 40% member discount above, negotiated through sales.
Is Akiflow worth it? What users say
Where it earns the price. People who pay for Akiflow tend to love the consolidation and the onboarding.
“Having my tasks, calendar and meetings all in one place has saved me a ton of time, and honestly it’s the first tool that’s made me feel properly on top of my day instead of constantly catching up.”
That’s a Trustpilot reviewer in July 2026. A 5-star App Store reviewer put the buying advice bluntly: “Pay for a full year up front, walk through Akiflow’s impeccable onboarding guides and never go back.” Akiflow holds 4.4 on Trustpilot across 232 reviews.
Where the price stings. The complaints cluster around value for money and trial billing.
“At its best, Akiflow does about 80% of what it intends to do, and at its worst, it’s really overpriced for the functionality.”
That’s from a two-month user on r/Akiflow in March 2026, whose integrations “didn’t even work properly” for about a month. Even a fan in a positive r/Akiflow write-up said: “I do think the price is a little steep considering they don’t even have a functioning iPad app.” And the no-refund policy shows up in reviews like this Trustpilot post from September 2026: “I didn’t cancel in time and reached out while payment was still pending. They will not offer a refund. $330 down the drain.”
Our read: Akiflow is worth $19/month if your tasks are scattered across five apps and you’ll actually do the daily planning ritual. If you’re paying mainly for Aki or the meeting notes, you’re paying for a planner to get an assistant.
Akiflow vs Carly
| Akiflow | Carly | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | Collects your tasks and helps you time-block them | Does the scheduling and email work itself |
| How you use it | Desktop, mobile, web app | Email (CC or forward), text message, web |
| Scheduling with others | Availability sharing | CC Carly and it finds times, sends invites, handles reschedules |
| Emails become tasks; Aki takes forwards in the To field | Triages, drafts, replies and follows up in your inbox | |
| Automations | Zapier and IFTTT | Built-in Zapier-style workflows with event triggers |
| Meeting notes | $19/month add-on | Works with Fathom, Fireflies and Granola |
| Price | $34/month, or $19/month yearly | Free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month |
Akiflow organizes the work so you can do it. Carly is an AI executive assistant that does a big slice of it for you. You CC Carly on a thread and it books the meeting; it triages your Gmail or Outlook inbox and drafts replies; booking pages and group polls cover the rest. Carly connects to thousands of apps, including Slack, Notion, Asana and HubSpot, through integrations, and Email Agents give you separate AI agents with their own addresses for inbound requests.
Plenty of people will run both: Akiflow for the personal task list, Carly for everything that involves another person’s calendar or inbox.
Who should pay for Akiflow
Pay for it if:
- your tasks live in Gmail, Slack, Notion, Jira and Asana and you want one inbox for all of them;
- you time-block by hand every morning and want the fastest tool for it;
- you’ll use the onboarding call and commit to a year.
Look elsewhere if:
- you want a free plan to fall back on (see Akiflow vs Sunsama and Akiflow vs Reclaim);
- you need a team to share and assign tasks;
- your real bottleneck is meetings and email, which is what Carly handles.

See what people say
"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
