Claude + AgencyZoom: Connect Leads and Renewals
AgencyZoom has no Claude connector and no MCP server, but your API key is sitting on its Integrations page on every plan. Copy it into Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your leads, pipelines, policies and service requests are in the chat.
Where AgencyZoom stands with Claude
As of October 13, 2026, there’s no AgencyZoom connector in Claude, and mcp.agencyzoom.com doesn’t exist. AgencyZoom has been part of Vertafore since 2021, and Vertafore hasn’t released anything for Claude for it either.
The API is the easy part. AgencyZoom shows every customer an API key and secret on its Integrations page, the same credentials its Zapier and Make connections use. No partner agreement, no approval, no plan gate. Its built-in webhook only works one way, taking leads in from your vendors, so it can’t tell anything outside AgencyZoom that something changed.
How to connect AgencyZoom to Claude through Carly
- Copy your API key and secret. Signed in as a manager or admin, open the Integrations page in AgencyZoom, click Zapier, then Show API Key. Copy both the key and the secret.
- Connect AgencyZoom in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect AgencyZoom there.
- Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
- Ask Claude about your pipeline. It answers through the Carly connector with live AgencyZoom data.

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly, Claude can read the client’s email and act on their account in the same chat.
