Claude + Beds24: Connect Your Bookings to Claude

Beds24 doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. Its API runs on a token you generate yourself in the control panel. Connect that token to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your bookings, rates and availability are in the chat.

Where Beds24 stands with Claude

As of October 16, 2026, there’s no Beds24 connector in Claude and no official Beds24 MCP server.

Beds24’s API (version 2) is one of the most complete in vacation rentals: bookings, guest details, payments and invoice items, properties and rooms, the daily price and availability calendar, and the channel settings for Airbnb and Booking.com. Access is split into scopes, and you pick them when you create the token:

  • bookings, plus bookings-personal for guest names and contact details and bookings-financial for prices and payments
  • inventory for availability and daily prices
  • properties for your property and room setup

Scopes can’t be changed later; you make a new token instead. If you manage linked properties, tick Allow linked properties too, or the token won’t see them.

How to connect Beds24 to Claude through Carly

  1. Generate a token. In the Beds24 control panel, go to Settings → Apps & Integrations → API. Create a long life token with the scopes above.
  2. Connect Beds24 in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect Beds24 there.
  3. Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
  4. Ask Claude about your bookings. It answers through the Carly connector with live Beds24 data.

A long life token reads everything in its scopes but can’t make changes; that’s Beds24’s rule. Want Carly to move bookings or update prices too? Beds24 handles write access with an invite code instead. Book a call and we’ll set it up with you.

What Claude can do with Beds24 once Carly is in

  • “Who arrives tomorrow across all my properties, and which channel did each booking come from?”
  • “Which nights in the Harbour View apartment are still open in December, and at what price?”
  • “Find Emily Parker’s booking from August and tell me what she paid.”
  • “Total September’s revenue by property, Airbnb versus Booking.com versus direct.”

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly too, Claude can match a guest’s email to their booking in one step.

Where Claude stops

Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in Beds24 can start one. Beds24 sends booking webhooks, but claude.ai has nowhere to receive them. A last-minute booking, a guest asking about late check-out, a cleaner who needs tomorrow’s turnovers: all of it waits for you to open a chat.

Carly handles those, in the cloud, on a schedule you set or when an email comes in:

  • Every evening at 6, pull tomorrow’s departures and arrivals and email your cleaners the turnover list.
  • When a guest emails a question, look up their booking and draft the answer for you to approve.
  • Every Monday, list the gaps in the next 30 days across every property so you can decide where to drop the price.
  • On the 1st, total last month’s revenue by property and channel and send each owner a short statement.

Carly connects to thousands of apps, so the same workflow can update your bookkeeping, add a task for your handyman, or post to your team’s Slack. You set it up in plain English. Routine steps run as free Zapier-style workflows; work that needs judgment runs as an AI agent. Free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month. Get started with Carly.

FAQ

Does Claude work with Beds24?

Not directly. Beds24 has no Claude connector and no official MCP server. Connect Beds24 to Carly with an API token, add the Carly connector to Claude, and Claude can work with your Beds24 data.

Where do I create a Beds24 API token?

In the control panel under Settings → Apps & Integrations → API. Choose the scopes when you create it, because Beds24 doesn’t let you change them afterwards.

Why can’t Claude see my linked properties?

The token doesn’t reach linked properties unless you tick Allow linked properties when you create it, and the properties are linked under account management. Make a new token with the box ticked.

Can Carly change prices in Beds24?

Yes, with write access. A long life token is read-only by Beds24’s design, so price and booking changes use an invite code. Book a call and we’ll connect it with you.

See what people say

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
