Claude + vcita: Connect Your Clients and Bookings to Claude

vcita doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. It does have an API, and a vcita customer can copy an API token from the Integrations screen in their own account. Connect that token to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your clients, appointments, payments and messages are in the chat.

Where vcita stands with Claude

As of November 5, 2026, there’s no vcita connector in Claude’s directory and no official vcita MCP server. Third-party hosts list vcita servers built on the API; each wants your token on its own servers.

vcita’s platform, also sold as inTandem, is a REST API over the parts of the product a small business uses every day: clients, appointments and services, invoices and payments, and client conversations. Partner apps register through vcita’s program, but a direct customer just needs the token from their account.

How to connect vcita to Claude through Carly

  1. Copy your API token. In vcita, open Settings → Integrations and generate or copy the API token.
  2. Connect vcita in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and paste the token.
  3. Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
  4. Ask Claude about your clients. It answers through the Carly connector with live vcita data.

What Claude can do with vcita once Carly is in

  • “Who’s booked this week, and who still owes a deposit?”
  • “Which invoices are more than two weeks overdue?”
  • “Which new leads messaged us this month and never booked?”
  • “Draft a reminder to everyone with an appointment tomorrow.”

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly too, Claude can match a vcita client to their email thread in one step.

Where Claude stops

Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in vcita can start one. A lead who messaged at lunch, an invoice that just went overdue, a client who hasn’t booked since spring: all of it waits for a chat.

Carly handles those in the cloud, on a schedule you set or when something arrives:

  • When a new lead fills in your vcita form, call them back within a minute, and text and email if they miss it.
  • When an invoice goes 14 days overdue, email the client a polite reminder from your address.
  • Every evening at 6, text tomorrow’s clients a reminder from your business number.
  • Every Monday, email the owner last week’s bookings, new clients and payments.

Carly also answers your phone and books callers, so the same rules run on calls as on email. Carly connects to thousands of apps, and you set it up in plain English. Where is the vcita API token?

Under Settings → Integrations in your vcita account. Partner apps go through vcita’s inTandem program instead, but a customer connecting their own account only needs the token.

Can Carly chase overdue vcita invoices?

Yes. Carly checks vcita for invoices past the window you set and emails each client from your address, with no chat open.

Can Carly call new vcita leads?

Yes. A new lead gets a call within about a minute, and a text and an email if they don’t pick up.

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
