Lightfield CRM: What It Is, Pricing, and Alternatives (2026)
Lightfield is a CRM that fills itself in. It reads your email, calendar, meetings and Slack, builds the records for you, and runs agents on top that find prospects, send outreach, follow up after meetings and review deals.
It comes from Keith Peiris and Henri Liriani, who founded Tome, the AI presentation app, and wound it down to build this. Lightfield launched in November 2025 and raised a $47 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz in September 2026.
The quick answer: Lightfield is an AI-native CRM meant to replace Salesforce or HubSpot, plus your call recorder, sequencer and enrichment tool, in one product. It captures every email and meeting from Google or Outlook, records and transcribes calls, updates records automatically, and runs agents for outbound, meeting follow-ups and deal reviews. Starter is $89 per user a month for up to three seats. Pro is $999 and Growth $1,999 a month per workspace, billed annually. If you want an AI assistant that keeps the CRM you already have current, or a simple built-in CRM, and also answers your email, calls and calendar, Carly does both: free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month.

What Lightfield does
Lightfield’s argument is that Salesforce-era CRMs were built for people to type into fields, so agents layered on top work from thin, stale data. Its answer is a CRM that assembles what it calls a context graph from every call, email, meeting and Slack thread, with no fields for a rep to fill in.
On top of that it runs agents:
- Pipeline generation: find accounts that look like your best customers, score them on signals (executive hires, funding, headcount growth, job changes) and draft outreach for review
- Sequences: email on Pro, multi-channel with LinkedIn steps on Growth
- Meeting recorder: records and transcribes meetings on your calendar, then drafts the follow-up
- Skills: reusable instructions like Deal review, Call prep, Champion check and Close plan, written as files your team can edit
- Workflows: event-driven automations described in plain language
Every agent output lands in a review queue: approve the follow-up email, dismiss the suggestion. Customers quoted on the site include SF Compute, Macroscope and Power.
Lightfield pricing (October 2026)
| Plan | Price | Seats | Records | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $89 per user a month, billed monthly | Up to 3 | 50,000 | Auto-updating records, meeting recording, email, calendar and Slack sync, custom objects. 14-day trial |
| Pro | $999 a month per workspace, billed annually | 5 capture seats, unlimited viewers | 250,000 | Workflows, email sequences, dashboards, agent credits, a dedicated CSM |
| Growth | $1,999 a month per workspace, billed annually | 10 capture seats | 750,000 | Multi-channel sequences, LinkedIn sync (beta), advanced enrichment, inbox warming, a dedicated go-to-market engineer |
| Enterprise | Custom, billed annually | Custom | Custom | SSO, role-based access, sandboxes, two-way sync with another CRM, phased migration |
A capture seat is a user whose email and meetings sync into the CRM. Viewer seats can read records and use chat. The jump from Starter to Pro is the thing to plan for: a fourth seller, or wanting sequences and workflows, moves you from $267 a month to $999 a month on an annual contract.
Who Lightfield fits
Lightfield fits a young company that has not committed to a CRM yet, or a small team ready to leave HubSpot or Salesforce behind, and that wants recording, sequencing and enrichment in the same bill. The self-updating records are the reason to switch.
It is a bigger decision for an established team. Migrating a CRM is a project, and the parts of the job outside sales (support email, the phone, scheduling with customers) still live elsewhere.

1. Carly
Carly gives you the self-updating part without a migration.
- Keep your CRM, make it current. When an email shows a deal moved, Carly moves it a stage in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio and notes why. When someone passes, it marks the deal lost with their reason. When a stranger asks to buy, it creates the person, company and deal.
- Or use Carly’s built-in CRM: contacts, companies, deals, owners and custom fields, with every email, booking and meeting recap landing on the contact’s timeline automatically.
- Meetings without another recorder bill. Connect Granola, Fathom, Fireflies or Zoom’s AI Companion and each recap lands on the meeting record, linked to every attendee and their deals.
- The rest of the job. Carly answers email in your voice, schedules across calendars, calls new leads from your business number, and sends sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook that stop on reply.
Those run as workflows that start on their own, and the agents you build run them for the whole team. Carly connects to thousands of apps. Free Zapier-style workflows; AI agents from $35/month. Get started here.
2. Attio
Attio is the other modern CRM startups switch to, with a flexible data model and its own AI features, from a free plan up. See Attio pricing and Attio vs HubSpot.
3. HubSpot
HubSpot is the default for small teams that want CRM, marketing email and service in one place, with Breeze AI agents built in. See best AI assistants for HubSpot.
4. Rox
Rox is the opposite approach to Lightfield: keep your CRM and add AI agents for account research, outbound and meeting briefs on top.
5. Salesforce with Agentforce
For a company staying on Salesforce, Agentforce adds agents inside the existing data model, priced per action, conversation or user.

See what people say
"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.
Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.
On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
