Can Claude Connect to Multiple Outlook Accounts?
No, Claude cannot connect to multiple Outlook accounts. The Microsoft 365 connector authorizes a single Microsoft identity, so signing in with a second work account replaces the first, and takes that tenant’s calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint with it.

Switching accounts is not the same thing
Signing out of one tenant and authorizing another gives you the mailboxes one at a time. It never gives you a conversation that holds all of them, so the questions worth asking stay out of reach: one client across every address you own, a morning brief grouped by company, a contract thread in one tenant checked against your records in another.
Worse, the swap is silent. Ask “find every invoice from last month” and Claude answers confidently from the one tenant it can see, with no hint that the rest of your mail was never searched.
What you can automate across all of them

Claude's Microsoft 365 connector gained write tools in July 2026. It can draft and send mail, manage calendar events, and create or update files in OneDrive and SharePoint. They are off by default, reject anything with an attachment, and need you in the conversation. A scheduled task can read your mail. It will not send on your behalf while you are away. Carly does that part, attachments included.
Two limits on the native path: write tools arrive blocked by default and an administrator has to enable them, which a consultant sitting inside a client’s tenant will never get done. The connector also requires a work account on a Microsoft Entra tenant, so personal addresses such as @outlook.com and @hotmail.com cannot be connected at all.

Can I connect two Microsoft 365 work accounts to Claude?
Not on its own. The connector holds one Microsoft identity, so authorizing the second tenant swaps out the first along with its calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint. Connect them to Carly and Claude reaches all of them in one conversation.
Can Claude access two tenants if I am a guest in both?
Guest access does not change the shape. The connector is bound to the identity you signed in with, so an invitation into a second directory still needs its own authorization, which displaces the first.
