Can ChatGPT Connect to Multiple Outlook Accounts?
No, ChatGPT cannot connect to multiple Outlook accounts. The Outlook app authorizes the Microsoft identity that signs in, and a second work account replaces the first rather than joining it.

Reconnecting is not the same as connecting both
Signing out of one tenant and authorizing another gives you the mailboxes one at a time. It never gives you a chat that holds all of them, so the questions worth asking stay out of reach: one client across every address you own, a morning brief grouped by company, a contract thread in one tenant checked against your records in another.
The swap is also silent. Ask “find every invoice from last month” and ChatGPT answers confidently from the one mailbox it can see, with no hint that the rest of your mail was never searched. On a consulting engagement or a shared client account, that is a wrong answer delivered with total confidence.
What you can automate across all of them

Can I connect two Microsoft 365 work accounts to ChatGPT?
Not on its own. The Outlook app holds one Microsoft identity, so authorizing the second tenant swaps out the first. Connect them to Carly and ChatGPT reaches all of them in one chat.
Does account switching solve this?
No. ChatGPT’s account switcher keeps separate logins available, but their chats, files, memory and connected apps stay separate, and it is capped at two accounts. One chat that spans both mailboxes is a different thing entirely.
