Can ChatGPT Work Connect to Multiple Outlook Accounts?
No, ChatGPT Work cannot connect to multiple Outlook accounts. The Outlook app authorizes each user’s own Microsoft identity, and a second work account replaces the first rather than joining it. Two companies means two logins, and five means five.

The account switcher is a different feature
ChatGPT’s account switcher keeps two logins signed in on the web, and each one can authorize a different Microsoft identity. Their chats, files, memory, billing and connected apps stay separate, so what you get is two workspaces rather than one task that reaches both mailboxes. It is capped at two, which is already short for anyone sitting inside three client tenants.
The reconnect route is quieter about what it costs. Ask for every invoice from last month and the answer comes back confidently from whichever tenant is currently authorized, with no hint that the others were never searched. In a Work task feeding a client deliverable, that is a wrong answer with a clean audit trail behind it.
