Claude + Zenoti: Connect Your Spa or Salon to Claude

Zenoti doesn’t offer a Claude connector, and it hasn’t published an MCP server. It does let an admin create a backend app with its own API key, under Configuration. Connect that key to Carly, add the Carly connector to Claude, and your guests, appointments and sales are in the chat.

Where Zenoti stands with Claude

As of October 16, 2026, there’s no Zenoti connector in Claude and no official Zenoti MCP server. Zenoti’s own assistant, Zeenie, works inside Zenoti. It isn’t a Claude connection.

The Zenoti API covers what a spa, salon or med spa chain runs on: guests and their history, appointments and availability, services, employees and therapists, centers, and invoices and sales. Zenoti asks you to create one API key per app, so the key you make for Carly stays separate from your booking site and mobile app.

How to connect Zenoti to Claude through Carly

  1. Create a backend app and API key. At the organization level in Zenoti, click the Configuration icon and open Apps under Integrations. On Manage Applications, click Add, name the app (for example, “Carly”), choose its data permissions, and generate the API key.
  2. Connect Zenoti in Carly. In Carly, go to Integrations → Connect an API and connect Zenoti there.
  3. Add Carly to Claude. Click Get the Carly connector, then Connect, and sign in.
  4. Ask Claude about your centers. It answers through the Carly connector with live Zenoti data.

What Claude can do with Zenoti once Carly is in

  • “Who’s booked with Emily at the Midtown center tomorrow, and where are her gaps?”
  • “Which guests had a facial more than six weeks ago and haven’t rebooked?”
  • “Book Claire Thompson a 60-minute massage on Saturday at 2.”
  • “What were service sales by center last week?”

With your Gmail or Outlook connected in Carly too, Claude can match a guest’s email to their profile and appointment history in one step.

Where Claude stops

Claude answers when you ask. Its scheduled tasks run on a clock, and nothing in Zenoti can start one. A guest emailing to move tomorrow’s appointment, the regulars who are overdue for a visit, a center manager who wants tomorrow’s book tonight: all of it waits for someone to open a chat.

Carly handles those, in the cloud, on a schedule you set or when an email comes in:

  • Every evening at 7, email each center manager tomorrow’s appointments and open slots by provider.
  • When a guest emails to reschedule, find a new time with the same provider and draft the reply for you to send.
  • Six weeks after a service, email guests who haven’t rebooked with a personal note from your address.
  • Every Monday, email the owner last week’s sales by center and service.

Carly connects to thousands of apps, so the same workflow can update your bookkeeping, your marketing list or your team’s Slack. You set it up in plain English. FAQ

Does Claude work with Zenoti?

Not directly. Zenoti has no Claude connector and no official MCP server. Connect Zenoti to Carly with an API key, add the Carly connector to Claude, and Claude can work with your Zenoti data.

Where do I create a Zenoti API key?

At the organization level, under Configuration → Integrations → Apps. Older Zenoti accounts may still show the earlier path, Admin → Setup → Apps.

Can I limit what Claude sees?

Yes. When you add the app, you choose its data permissions, and you can give Carly its own app and key so nothing else shares them.

Can Carly send lapsed guests a rebooking note?

Yes. Six weeks after a service, Carly finds the guests who haven’t rebooked and emails them from your address, with no chat open and your laptop closed.

See what people say

"Before Carly, I relied on a Calendly link, but the whole process felt impersonal and not very professional. Carly changed that by handling all the back-and-forth, so I'm no longer stuck in endless email threads trying to line up schedules.

Now Carly reaches out to candidates, shares my real-time availability, lets them pick a slot, then sends a Zoom link and drops it straight into my calendar. She sends reminders to both of us before each call, which has significantly reduced no-shows and last-minute confusion.

On top of scheduling, Carly acts like a full executive assistant, sending me my schedule the night before so I can prepare for each call. It reminds me of the old x.ai assistant, but Carly is noticeably smarter, faster, and better suited to my healthcare recruitment business."
