Four accounts makes it the most expensive option in this ranking, though prepaying two years cuts it to about $22 a month. More than four requires contacting support.

Gmail and Google Workspace only. Shortwave’s documentation is blunt: “Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, and Exchange accounts are not supported,” because Microsoft requires OAuth2 that Gmail’s Send mail as feature does not support.
