Can Perplexity Connect to Multiple Email Accounts?
Not in any way Perplexity documents. Its Gmail connector is a single connection to one Google account, and its Outlook connector is a single connection to one Microsoft account, with no flow published for adding a second of either. The Outlook side reads but doesn’t send: Perplexity says sending email and creating events will come “in the future.”

Perplexity never says what happens when you authorize a second account: added, refused or quietly swapped in for the first. The reply gives no hint either, so a question about “all my email” gets answered from whatever happens to be connected.
An answer from one inbox looks like an answer from all of them
Ask which proposals are still waiting on a signature and you get a tidy list from the accounts Perplexity holds, with nothing to say the rest went unsearched.
